Inoltre si va incontro a un altro enorme rischio vista la crisi economica mettendo una tassa del genere credo che molti rinunceranno ad adottare cani e in giro di poco tempo ci ritroveremo con canili stracolmi anche qui come nel sud e con cani randagi per strada! Mi scuso della mia critica ma dopo aver letto l'articolo che oggi è uscito sul giornale mi sono sentita in dovere di fare questa critica.
