E	Elena May (May) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 25 giorni di attesa (prenotato appuntamento tramite web) premetto che ho chiesto di uscire dal lavoro un ora e mezza prima per essere puntuale all'appuntamento, dovevo effettuare una "banale" autentica di firma, su un modulo di poste italiane. Ecco.... è stato impossibile farlo, perché secondo una funzionaria comunale, oltretutto aggressiva ed arrogante, senza cartellino di riconoscimento e con una sigaretta elettronica in mano (accesa), autenticare quella firma, non era di sua competenza Mi dispiace solo che per colpa di poche persone, alcuni servizi pubblici risultino mal funzionanti. After 25 days of waiting (appointment booked via the web) I state that I asked to leave work an hour and a half before to be punctual for the appointment, I had to make a "trivial" authentication of signature, on a form of the Italian post office. Here ... it was impossible to do so, because according to a municipal official, aggressive and arrogant, without an identification card and with an electronic cigarette in hand (lit), authenticating that signature was not within her competence. I am only sorry that due to the fault of a few people, some public services are malfunctioning.

Gli impiegati degli sportelli sono dalla parte del cittadino e cercano di risolvere in qualsiasi modo le richieste degli utenti. Ne avuto la prova in questi giorni in cui mi serviva un certificato e per c’erano dei cavilli derivati dalla burocrazia centrale e nazionale. Pazientemente, con lo sguardo attento alle mie necessità, la signora dello sportello ha fatto in modo di risolvere la faccenda che si presentava piuttosto ingarbugliata, aiutata dai colleghi che si sono messi a disposizione, nonostante avessero altri utenti da servire. Questo è il mio modo di ringraziarvi. Fa molto piacere trovare gente che lavora con passione. Grazie I found a lot of efficiency associated with so much kindness that it is not at all obvious. La maleducazione del dipendente pubblico medio è sconcertante certi atteggiamenti nel privato verrebbero puniti !!!
