★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanta roba ma signorina non simpatica, al limite della maleducazione. Un dispetto se chiedi info. Se imparasse a sorridere forse con i clienti sarebbe stato da 4 stelle. Ho comperato lo stesso ma non so se ci ritornerò. Non comodo non c'è parcheggio.
A lot of stuff but a nice lady, on the verge of rudeness. A spite if you ask for info. If he learned to smile perhaps with his customers, he would have been 4 stars. I bought the same but I don't know if I will return. Not convenient there is no parking.

In alcuni periodi ospita volontari che fanno raccolta per canili/gattili. Antonio, il proprietario, è molto sensibile alle problematica degli animali. Con i clienti è sempre gentile, disponibile e preparato nel suggerire le migliori soluzioni. Consigliatissimo a chi vive in Saragozza e vuole il meglio per i propri amici non umani.
Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area and I find it hard to shop with them. Shop well stocked and with an excellent quality / price ratio. In some periods it hosts volunteers who collect for kennels / catteries. Antonio, the owner, is very sensitive to animal problems. With customers he is always polite, available and prepared to suggest the best solutions. Highly recommended for those who live in Zaragoza and want the best for their non-human friends.

For me the best place to shop for my pets. The shop is very large, well stocked, well organized and easy to navigate. I have always found what I was looking for and yet at competitive prices compared to other chains. The staff is friendly and helpful, the environment clean.
