★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mattinata passata a chiamare ufficio anagrafe per prendere l'appuntamento per CIE; chiamati 2 numeri diretti, provato anche via centralino, eseguite cca 50 telefonate, la segretteria telefonica in ogni risposta - traffico intenso....ci stento a credere....si lavora solo con gli appuntamenti ma per prenderli....cosa bisogna fare?? mi sembrate la presidenza del paese con traffico intenso ogni risposta....questi sono servizi a cittadino...manco si risponde al telefono....
The morning spent calling the registry office to make an appointment for the CIE; called 2 direct numbers, also tried via the switchboard, made about 50 phone calls, the answering machine in every answer - heavy traffic .... I can hardly believe .... you only work with appointments but to take them .... what must do?? you seem to me the presidency of the country with intense traffic every answer .... these are services for citizens ... not even answer the phone ....
