M	Michela Repetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assortimento dei gioielli trollbeads è molto scarso, non sono in grado di fornire informazioni esatte su come si possono comporre i vari pezzi (a me hanno detto che un determinato pezzo non poteva essere montato su collana e bracciale morbido ma solo su quello rigido quando invece in un'altra gioielleria mi hanno mostrato che non era assolutamente vero), ti fanno pagare i libri/catalogo che gli altri negozi spesso regalano e sono gli unici che fanno storie a cambiare la lunghezza dei bracciali!! La simpatia anche di chi serve inoltre lascia molto a desiderare! Anche sforzandosi a trovare qualcosa di positivo su questo punto vendita, non ci si riesce proprio! The assortment of trollbeads jewels is very scarce, I am not able to provide exact information on how the various pieces can be composed (to me they told me that a certain piece could not be mounted on a soft necklace and bracelet but only on the rigid one when instead in another jewelry shop they showed me that it was absolutely not true), they charge you for the books / catalog that other shops often give away and they are the only ones who make a fuss about changing the length of the bracelets !! The sympathy of those who serve also leaves much to be desired! Even if you try to find something positive about this store, you just can't!

Prima di tutto per salutare le "signore" del negozio e poi per curiosare oramai non più solo troll ma tutti i prodotti stupendi che vendono. Professionalità e cortesia sono di casa e spesso trovo anche qualche troll da collezione che posso assicurare non si trovano facilmente(sopratutto a prezzo da catalogo). CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! I went into this shop for the first time after seeing the trollbead window (brand I am super fond of) 10 years ago and since then for me every time I go to Acqui is a must. First of all to greet the "ladies" of the shop and then to browse no longer just trolls but all the wonderful products they sell. Professionalism and courtesy are at home and I often also find some collectible trolls that I can assure are not easily found (especially at catalog price). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
