★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, partendo dal presupposto che è difficile stare al pubblico perchè si incontra di tutto, ma un cliente che si reca in un centro TIM e si permette di fare una domanda dovrebbe quantomeno ricevere una cortese ed educata risposta, quello che mi da molto noia è la maleducazione, oltre al fatto che "Non abbiamo tempo da perdere, chiama il 119" sinceramente non va bene.
Negative experience, assuming that it is difficult to be in the public because you meet everything, but a customer who goes to a TIM center and allows himself to ask a question should at least receive a courteous and polite answer, the one that bothers me a lot it's rudeness, plus the fact that "We don't have time to waste, call 119" honestly not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di computer che frequento ormai da anni con ampia soddisfazione, professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità a risolvere ogni problema le caratteristiche del personale, niente a che vedere con un freddo acquisto on line seppur per risparmiare qualche euro...le persone comprano in rete poi però al minimo problema devono rivolgersi a negozi come Computer Discover...
Computer shop that I have been visiting for years with ample satisfaction, professionalism, courtesy and willingness to solve any problem the characteristics of the staff, nothing to do with a cold online purchase, albeit to save a few euros ... people buy online then but at the slightest problem they have to go to stores like Computer Discover ...
