E	Eleonora Anicito Guido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritardo CLAMOROSO e conseguente disagio di cui la ditta non è minimamente preoccupata… ordinate le porte a metà ottobre… consegna prevista fine novembre inizi dicembre… 5 porte pagate in anticipo più di 2500€… iniziata una trafila di telefonate dove si continuava a tergiversare… “ci sono dei ritardi mancano i materiali” “ci scusiamo”… finalmente il 15 dicembre dopo vari solleciti le porte vengono affidate al corriere! Ad oggi sono ancora ferme a Padova, non si sa quando arriveranno, e io non avrò le porte montate(dal mio montatore perché loro non avevano tempo prima di fine febbraio) prima di natale come mi avevano garantito, con conseguente impossibilità di ospitare i miei parenti che dovranno pagarsi l’albergo a Natale! Che dire....le porte sono meravigliose, di una qualità pazzesca ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero imbattibile! Qui in zona è letteralmente impossibile trovare delle porte così a questi prezzi. Siamo stati seguiti in tutto e per tutto, fin nei minimi dettagli anche se la posa è stata fatta da un montatore di nostra fiducia che nulla aveva a che fare con l'azienda. Il trasporto è stato perfetto, tutto imballato con cura e neanche un graffio! In sintesi: tanta serietà, porte di qualità e prezzi ottimi! Consigliatissimo. Grazie ancora! What can I say .... the doors are wonderful, of a crazy quality and the value for money is truly unbeatable! Here in the area it is literally impossible to find doors like this at these prices. We were followed in every way, down to the smallest detail, even if the installation was done by a trusted fitter who had nothing to do with the company. Sono stato seguito dalla ditta con precise indicazioni in ogni fase dell'acquisto. Anche il servizio di trasporto è stato veramente veloce e cortese negli avvisi. Il prodotto è arrivato in linea con quanto descritto nel sito compreso il colore che rispetta la realtà, il che non è scontato. Il prodotto è di ottima qualità e ben fatto. Quindi servizio ineccepibile. I ordered a door with a standard oversized frame and the waiting times were in line with expectations. I was followed by the company with precise indications at every stage of the purchase. The transportation service was also really fast and courteous in the notices. The product arrived in line with what is described on the site including the color that respects reality, which is not obvious. The product is of excellent quality and well made. So faultless service.
