Personale incompetente - venditore scortese e maleducato.
In conclusione mi ritrovo con un materasso costato oltre gli 800 euro, già affossato con valida garanzia ma che il venditore non vuole cambiare. ACQUISTATE SOLO IN NEGOZI COMPETENTI

Naturalmente la garanzia è scaduta perché era solo x due anni. In sostanza i titolari mi hanno detto che potevano fare solo un po' di sconto su un nuovo materasso.... nemmeno per sogno acquisterò di nuovo qualcosa da loro.
Three years have just passed and the mattress, paid for 950 euros, is already broken !!
Of course the warranty expired because it was only x two years. Basically the owners told me that they could only do a little discount on a new mattress .... not even for a dream will I buy something from them again.

In sede di consegna, qualche giorno in anticipo rispetto a quanto ci aspettavamo, sono stati premurosi e disponibilissimi (hanno portato i piedini delle reti di diverse altezze per poter ovviare subito nel caso in cui le misure che noi gli avevamo fornito si fossero rivelate non di nostra completa soddisfazione : cosa si può chiedere di più ?)
Dopo averla provata per qualche tempo, la qualità della merce fornita si è confermata eccellente e di nostra piena soddisfazione

After having tried it for some time, the quality of the goods supplied proved to be excellent and to our full satisfaction
