★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locatie is perfect. Midden in het centrum van old Como. Hier mag je niet parkeren/rijden, alleen om even je bagage te brengen. Daarna zet je je auto op een wit (want gratis) parkeervak en loop je terug naar je appartement, want je auto heb je verder toch niet meer nodig. Verhuurder wel even n half uur voor aankomst bellen want hij woont hier niet. Heel hulpvaardig, gaf allerlei tips, en ook een heerlijke fles Prosecco. De douche was wat oud en de douchecabine stuk. Ook was het keukengerei nèt genoeg. Geen airco, wel een ventilator, wat ook wel nodig was met 30+ graden.
Location is perfect. Right in the center of old Como. You are not allowed to park / drive here, just to bring your luggage. Then you put your car on a white (because free) parking space and walk back to your apartment, because you no longer need your car anyway. Call the landlord just half an hour before arrival because he does not live here. Very helpful, gave all kinds of tips, and also a delicious bottle of Prosecco. The shower was a bit old and the shower cubicle broken. The kitchenware was just enough. No air conditioning, but a fan, which was also needed with 30+ degrees.

All' interno trovate ferro da stiro, phone, posate, pentole, bicchieri e anche un po di spezie!
Siamo stati disturbati dal rumore esterno che si sentiva molto forte, avendo la stanza supra il passaggio!
Un' altro problema è la porta d'ingresso, vecchia e che striscia per terra! Fa un rumore da paura! E nn è nemmeno sicura, un calcio è cade!
Vorrei consigliare questa struttura anche ad altri ma ho un po di dubbi! Nn posso neanche dire di nn provare! Lascio a voi decidere! Anche perché anche io sono a 50/50!
A beautiful accommodation, clean and with attention to detail!
Inside you will find an iron, phone, cutlery, pots, glasses and even some spices!
We were disturbed by the outside noise which could be heard very loud, having the room above the passage!
Another problem is the front door, old and crawling on the ground! Makes a scary noise! And it's not even safe, a kick is falling!
I would like to recommend this property to others but I have some doubts! I can't even say I don't try! I leave it up to you to decide! Also because I'm at 50/50 too!
