Sono assicurato da anni con Como Assicurazioni e devo dire che il servizio assicurativo fornitomi è sempre stato di primissimo livello e mercoledì scorso ne ho avuto l'ennesima conferma. Stavo transitando nel tratto stradale Lauria - Lagonegro in direzione nord allorquando si buca la ruota anteriore sinistra dell'autovettura. Riesco a raggiungere faticosamente la piazzola di sosta e dopo averli contattati telefonicamente, mi ricordano che la mia assicurazione comprende anche la sostituzione gomma, fornendomi un numero di telefono da chiamare. Telefono e dopo neanche 15 minuti sopraggiunge sul luogo il preposto alla sostituzione della gomma che vi provvede immediatamente. Un disguido che rischiava di farmi perdere tantissimo tempo si è risolto a costo zero in pochissimo tempo. Sono rimasto soddisfattissimo e non posso che ringraziare per la velocità con la quale è stato risolto lo spiacevole contrattempo.
Not only do I usually write reviews but this time I really do it with great pleasure. I have been insured for years with Como Assicurazioni and I must say that the insurance service provided to me has always been of the highest level and last Wednesday I had yet another confirmation. I was passing through the Lauria - Lagonegro road heading north when the left front wheel of the car is punctured. I can hardly reach the lay-by and after contacting them by phone, they remind me that my insurance also includes tire replacement, providing me with a telephone number to call. Telephone and after less than 15 minutes the person in charge of replacing the tire arrives on site and immediately takes care of it. A mistake that risked making me waste a lot of time was solved at no cost in a very short time. I was very satisfied and I can only thank you for the speed with which the unpleasant incident was resolved.
