They never answer the phone. They make you do a mileage thing to tell you that you have to make an appointment to make a prepaid. One disservice after another. I'll change banks right away

Mi rivolgo al cassiere libero, chiedendo se fosse disponibile e mi risponde in malo modo dicendomi "no! no! sono occupato!"
Chiedo ad un'altra postazione libera per fare la chiusura conto e mi dice che devo prendere appuntamento ma devo fare la fila in un'altra postazione.
Assolutamente sconsigliata per organizzazione e per costi.
Rude staff.

I ask another free station to close the account and it tells me that I have to make an appointment but I have to queue at another location.
Absolutely not recommended for organization and costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sto seriamente meditando di chiuder il conto corrente: mai avuto un servizio tanto scadente anche on line con il sito che ti chiede di ripetere codice e passaword, come oggi tre quattro bvolte facendo perdere più tempo di qualsiasi altro sportello
I am seriously considering closing my current account: I have never had such poor service even online with the site that asks you to repeat the code and password, like today three or four times making you waste more time than any other counter
