La spedizione è avvenuta nei tempi prestabiliti, mi hanno fornito immediatamente il tracking code e a qualsiasi mia domanda rispondevamo immediatamente sul loro instagram. Il manga è arrivato in condizioni perfette. I was looking for the tokyo revenger variant at a price under € 30 and I came across the site of this comic shop that was selling it at the cover price. The shipment took place on schedule, they immediately provided me with the tracking code and we immediately answered any of my questions on their instagram. The manga arrived in perfect condition.

Qualche giorno dopo, ho inviato una mail chiedendo se era possibile annullare l'ordine e ricevere un rimborso dell'importo speso, o almeno di una parte di esso. Risultato? Svariate email inviate sia al servizio clienti che proprio sul sito dell'ordine e, dopo più di un anno, nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondermi. Fra l'altro l'articolo ordinato risulta ancora "In attesa di rifornimento". I placed an order in February 2021. A few days later, I sent an email asking if it was possible to cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount spent, or at least part of it. Result? Several emails sent both to customer service and right on the order site and, after more than a year, no one has ever deigned to answer me. Among other things, the ordered item is still "Waiting for restocking".
