Acquisto telefono, spendo 220€ , dopo 2 giorni non funziona più, mandiamo via in garanzia..2/3 mesi..ok, avete un muletto o simile..? No può acquistarne un altro da 100€ sino a quando arriva il suo riparato...
Quindi uno rimane senza telefono x 2 mesi...poi se sarai fortunato ne avrai 2.... Serietà zero.
Unprofessional.
I buy my phone, I spend 220 €, after 2 days it doesn't work anymore, we send it away under warranty..2 / 3 months..ok, do you have a forklift or similar ..? You can't buy another one for € 100 until your repaired one arrives ...
So one remains without a phone for 2 months ... then if you are lucky you will have 2 .... Zero seriousness.
