 Nowadays, finding someone trying to sell you an obviously used part as if it were new is really embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver preso appuntamento e non essere venuti posticipando all'ultimo l'appuntamento al giorno dopo (PERSONALE AL TELEFONO MOLTO MALEDUCATA!), il tecnico venuto in casa ci ha fatto pagare il costo del lavoro nonostante non abbia lavorato; vedendo che il pezzo che sarebbe stato da sostituire del frigo non era più in produzione (tramite una chiamata di 2min senza nemmeno trovare soluzioni alternative) ha subito deliberato che il frigorifero era da buttare, non c'era niente da fare. TUTTO QUESTO IN 10 MIN PER 50 EURO: 35 euro di chiamata e 15 di lavoro. Ma quale lavoro? Il lavoro è stato dirci che non c'era niente da fare?
MOLTO DELUSI! NON LI CONSIGLIO
After making an appointment and not having come, postponing the appointment to the last day after (VERY RUDE PHONE STAFF!), The technician who came to the house made us pay the cost of the work despite not having worked; seeing that the piece of the fridge that was to be replaced was no longer in production (via a 2min call without even finding alternative solutions) he immediately decided that the refrigerator was to be thrown away, there was nothing to do. ALL THIS IN 10 MINS FOR 50 EUROS: 35 euro for a call and 15 for work. But which job? Was the job telling us there was nothing to be done?
VERY DISAPPOINTED! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

E' venuto il tecnico perchè il nostro frigo non funzionava e faceva acqua nella parte superiore.. Ha aperto la porta e visto che i perni della cerniera andavano sostituiti. Ha chiamato in sede e visto che non c'erano pezzi di ricambio.
Ci ha detto di acquistare un nuovo frigo e ha avuto il coraggio di chiedere oltre ai 35€ della chiamata (per carità giustissimi) anche 15€ di lavoro..
Ma che lavoro? fare una telefonata in sede e dire che non hanno i pezzi di ricambio?
Come si fa a far pagare un lavoro che non viene svolto??
Sono un professionista Web e se un cliente chiede un servizio che non si può tecnicamente eseguire mica gli chiedo soldi per digli che non si può fare!

The technician came because our fridge was not working and there was water in the upper part .. He opened the door and saw that the hinge pins had to be replaced. He called and saw that there were no spare parts.
He told us to buy a new fridge and had the courage to ask for € 35 for the call (for goodness sake) also € 15 for work ..
But what work? make a phone call to the office and say they don't have spare parts?
How do you get paid for work that is not being done?
I am a web professional and if a client asks for a service that technically cannot be performed, I don't ask for money to tell him that it cannot be done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti serve un pezzo di ricambio di elettrodomestico che non trovi mai dal fornitore? Ares è il posto giusto. Ma non solo. Lì si trovano anche tanti piccoli o grandi oggetti di utilità per la casa, oltre che elettrodomestici piccoli e grandi. Il magazzino è molto dotato. Un posto da provare senz'altro in caso di necessità ma non solo, anche per curiosarci un po'.

non ignorate il cliente
