G	Gerardo Nencioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il mio anniversario di matrimonio in Agosto 2019 mi è stato venduto un pacchetto volo e Hotel 5 stelle All inclusive dove la richiesta era di passare 15 giorni in famiglia in riva al mare caraibico del Messico, peccato che non mi hanno informato che il mare è impraticabile è da 5 anni che è così ed è peggiorato negli ultimi due e dopo la richiesta di risarcimento sono spariti. Serietà Zero non andateci ! For my wedding anniversary in August 2019 I was sold a flight package and 5-star All-inclusive Hotel where the request was to spend 15 days as a family on the Mexican Caribbean sea, a pity they didn't inform me that the sea is it has been impractical for 5 years and it has worsened in the last two and after the request for compensation they have disappeared. Zero seriousness don't go there!

Una giovane impiegata mi chiudeva la porta in faccia, girava la chiave e girava anche il cartellino CHIUSO, nel caso non fosse chiaro il messaggio. Il giorno seguente inviavo una mail all’agenzia dove evidenziavo che forse un atteggiamento diverso sarebbe stato più professionale, per esempio rimandare verbalmente l’appuntamento al giorno seguente. Mi devono un rimborso da 6 mesi, ma siccome hanno sbagliato a fare la pratica, continuano ad inventare scuse e bugie,pur di non darmi il rimborso che mi spetta. E stiamo parlando di 200€, figuriamoci se fosse stato di più....Aggiornamento. Sono stata rimborsata dopo quasi 1ANNO, solo perché volevo ricorrere alle vie legali e altro e non da una compagnia aerea,il mio era un viaggio in treno,quindi , ancora bugie?? Bad agency x my experience. They owe me a refund for 6 months, but because they did the wrong practice, they keep making excuses and lies, in order not to give me the refund that is due to me. And we're talking about € 200, let alone if it was more .... Update. I was reimbursed after almost 1YEAR, just because I wanted to take legal action and more and not by an airline, mine was a train ride, so still lies ??
