Il personale è molto ben preparato, conoscono la burocrazia dei viaggi a menadito per non parlare della conoscenza delle mete turistiche. Inoltre l'assistenza prima del viaggio eccellente (ho avuto problemi col passaporto e mi hanno seguito passo passo con tutta la documentazione che mi serviva da loro). Mi appoggio a questa agenzia da anni: mai un problema. L'agenzia è fornito di ampio parcheggio esterno, oltre ai viaggi sò che organizza anche tour e prenotazioni di aerei/treni/navi. Excellent travel agency, safe and professional. The staff is very well prepared, they know the travel bureaucracy by the thumb, not to mention the knowledge of tourist destinations. Also the assistance before the excellent trip (I had problems with the passport and they followed me step by step with all the documentation I needed from them). I have been supporting this agency for years: never a problem. The agency is equipped with ample external parking, in addition to travels that also organizes tours and reservations for planes / trains / ships.

Non rispetto della privacy con informazioni personali fornite a conoscenti. Non consiglio di usufruire del loro servizio viaggi. Mi sono recata prima in agenzia per avere informazioni ed ho avuto la sensazione di voler essere liquidata in fretta. Poi mi sono rivolta al servizio dedicato al welfare via mail e mi sono trovata molto bene: molto disponibili, ho trovato diverse soluzioni che hanno fatto al caso mio, servizio ottimo!
