Una volta usato correttamente è risultato uno smalto normale, nessuna sfumatura di colore... Sono tornata con scontrino e smalto dopo qualche giorno per farmelo cambiare, pronta a dimostrare il difetto ma mi è stato detto che non si poteva cambiare perché già usato ( e grazie, se no come vedevo il difetto??) E poi che forse il problema erano le mie unghie... Morale: 20 euro in meno per me e un cliente in meno per loro. Two weeks ago I bought a thermal Layla semi-permanent polish (those that change color with temperature), € 20 of enamel. Once used correctly a normal glaze was found, no shade of color ... I returned with a receipt and glaze after a few days to change it, ready to prove the defect but I was told that it could not be changed because it was already used (and thanks, if not how I saw the defect ??) And then maybe the problem they were my nails ... Moral: 20 euros less for me and one less customer for them.

La ragazza è di una maleducazione assurda ma si è superata oggi venendo alla porta a dirmi di rimanere fuori col cane e far entrare solo l'amica che era con me. A dicembre tra l'altro. Ho dovuto far comprare alla mia amica la tinta x mia madre perché sta ragazza non riesce a tenere il suo cane dietro al bancone come fanno tutti gli altri negozianti quando sanno che il proprio non va d'accordo con gli altri. Preciso infatti che il mio è piccolo e non abbaia, è il suo che è va ad abbaiare contro il vetro agli altri. L'altra volta lo aveva messo dietro al bancone (non mancando di farcelo pesare borbottando tutto il tempo) invece stavolta ha deciso direttamente così, che non potevo entrare, mi chiedo come avrei fatto se fossi stata da sola. Oltretutto siamo anche clienti fisse che tornano sempre e un minimo di cortesia penso sia dovuta, non pretendo nulla ma c'è modo e modo di dire le cose, questa si è affacciata alla porta e ha detto ''eeee una sta fuori col cane e l'altra entra'' puntando il dito.
