J	J v D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einigen Jahren waren wir schon einmal dort (N. Lorenzi) und haben uns einige Messer gekauft. Wir waren damals sehr zufrieden. Deshalb wollten wir Heuern unbedingt nochmal dorthin und uns etwas Neues zulegen. Wir gaben unsere alten Messer zum schärfen ab und bekamen einen Zettel mit Preis für das Schleifen und Uhrzeit, wann wir wieder kommen können. Wie vereinbart kamen wir gegen 16.00 Uhr, so wie es auf dem Zettel stand. Wir schauten uns im Geschäft um, wurden aber nicht bedient. also suchte mir selbst ein kleines Messer aus. Mein Mann hätte jedoch gerne eine Beratung gehabt. Als wir zur Kasse gingen kam der Verkäufer, wir gaben ihm den Zettel. Er sagte, er habe es nicht geschafft unsere Messer zu schleifen. Wir sollten in 15 Min wieder kommen. Leider hatten wir aber nicht noch mehr Zeit und so sagten wir, das wir die Messer einfach wieder ungeschliffenen mitnehmen. Daraufhin wurde der Verkäufer sehr ärgerlich auch im Tonfall. Ich bezahlte schnell mein Messer, wir nahmen unsere alten Messer und gingen mit einem unguten Gefühl aus dem Geschäft. Schade, dass sich der Service so verändert hat und eigentliche Stammkunden verprellt werden. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder. A few years ago we were there (N. Lorenzi) and bought some knives. We were very satisfied at the time. That's why we wanted to go there again and get something new. We gave our old knives to sharpen and got a slip of paper with the price for the sharpening and the time when we can come back. As agreed, we arrived around 4 p.m., as it was on the note. We looked around the shop but were not served. so picked out a small knife myself. However, my husband would have liked some advice. When we went to the checkout, the seller came and we gave him the slip. He said he couldn't sharpen our knives. We should come back in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't have more time and so we said that we would just take the knives with us, unpolished. Thereupon the seller became very angry also in the tone of voice. I quickly paid for my knife, we took our old knives and went out of business with a bad feeling. It's a shame that the service has changed so much and that regular customers are alienated. We will not come back any more.

I gestori sono persone sempre gentili ed accoglienti, che mi hanno dedicato tutto il tempo necessario per spiegare e rispondere ad eventuali domande. Inoltre il negozio in se è molto bello e mi ha dato la sensazione di un posto dove si respira un po di storia. Ritornerò sicuramente per portare altri coltelli da cucina che hanno bisogno delle mani esperte del mastro arrotino Lorenzi. Mi sarebbe piaciuto anche acquistare dei coltelli ma aimè il prezzo era abbastanza più alto rispetto allo stesso articolo trovato online presso altri rivenditori, ma mi rendo conto che alcuni commercianti acquistano stock di un certo articolo per poter abbattere la concorrenza. The cutlery is located in the heart of the historic center of Bolzano, the one in via dei bottai, where I went to have the thread redone and a grinding with two global knives, a very satisfactory result. The managers are always kind and welcoming people, who have given me all the time necessary to explain and answer any questions. Also the shop itself is very nice and gave me the feeling of a place where you can breathe a bit of history. I will definitely return to bring more kitchen knives that need the expert hands of the master grinder Lorenzi. I would also have liked to buy knives but alas the price was quite higher than the same item found online at other retailers, but I realize that some traders buy stock of a certain item in order to beat the competition.
O	Oliver Feldkircher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute im Geschäft in der Bindergasse (es gibt noch ein zweites Geschäft in der Goethestrasse), und ich war in höchstem Maße beeindruckt von der freundlichen und fachlich äusserst kompetenten Beratung. Die Kombination mit ausgezeichnetem Service, großer Auswahl an Waren, freundlicher Beratung und kompetentem Fachwissen ist etwas, was aus meiner Sicht in der heutigen Zeit eher selten zu finden ist in einem stationären Geschäft. 5* Lob, klare Weiterempfehlung. Today I was in the shop on Bindergasse (there is a second shop on Goethestrasse), and I was extremely impressed by the friendly and extremely competent advice. The combination with excellent service, a large selection of goods, friendly advice and competent specialist knowledge is something that, from my point of view, is rarely found in brick-and-mortar stores these days. 5 * praise, clear recommendation.

Pronto a soddisfare ogni domanda o perplessità. Non si trova un servizio del genere dappertutto. Magari... Grazie per la chiacchierata, come mi ha detto il buon Tomas lui tratta i clienti come vorrebbe essere trattato lui quando si trova dall'altra parte del bancone e il cliente diventa lui. Consigliatissimo. Top shop for cutlery in Bolzano. Specifically Tomas Lorenzi, super prepared, helpful, kind but above all competent person. Ready to satisfy any question or concern. You don't find such a service everywhere. Maybe... Fachlich kompetent in beiden Läden (in der Goethestrasse 26 ist noch einer) Service vernünftig Schleifen von Messern im Geschäft. Beratung ausgezeichnet. Bei der Auswahl auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert. Huge selection of everything that has anything to do with knives, scissors, etc. Professionally competent in both shops (there is another one at Goethestrasse 26). Service sensible. Knife sharpening in the shop. Excellent advice. Definitely worth a visit when choosing.
