È stata proprio una brutta sorpresa vedere, all'apertura del pacchetto, che il dispenser era rotto e sicuramente la cosa non era passata inosservata alla commessa (credo la titolare) che lo ha confezionato visto che lo shampoo non aveva una scatola. All'interno del pacchetto non era presente il pezzo di plastica mancante, per cui sicuramente era già rotto al momento dell'acquisto. Bad experience. I bought a beard shampoo and requested the gift box. It was a really bad surprise to see, when opening the package, that the dispenser was broken and certainly it had not gone unnoticed by the saleswoman (I think the owner) who packed it since the shampoo did not have a box. The missing piece of plastic was not present inside the package, so it was certainly already broken at the time of purchase.

Bhe non posso che darle il mio completo appoggio: quale differenza c'è tra il comprare su internet o a questa coltelleria se quando chiedi di visionare un coltello a serramanico ( ne hanno una vetrina nel bancone piena senza prezzi e tutti chiusi) si scocciano e non collaborano , anzi diventano indisponenti? se la commessa diventa scontrosa e per niente collaborativa compro su internet. non credo tornerò piu qui. I read the review of a lady who complained about the saleswoman who gets angry if she is asked to see what they have exhibited. Well I can only give you my complete support: what difference is there between buying on the internet or this cutlery if when you ask to see a switchblade (they have a display case in the counter full without prices and all closed) they get annoyed and don't do they collaborate, do they even become irritating? if the saleswoman becomes surly and not cooperative at all, I buy on the internet. R	Richard Armit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Such a ship I've never seen and all such high quality. If it cuts or chops its in here from knives to scissors to axes and all sorts of kitchen machinery too. Shop staff come across as slightly intimidating but just ignore that and smile at them!

So we tried to change for the right one but the lady didn't accept. The solution was to pay extra (because the price raised) to have the right brand. For future costumers, always verify the goods you bought. To what it seems in the previous reviews, they are not reliable. ;)
