★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno chiesto 1 euro per prelevare i files che volevo stampare dalla chiavetta usb. Se si vuole disincentivare il servizio fotocopie allora meglio eliminarlo del tutto. Chiedere 1 euro per aprire una chiavetta USB o una mail è una vergogna!
 They asked me 1 euro to get the files I wanted to print from the usb stick. If you want to discourage the photocopying service, it is better to eliminate it entirely. Asking 1 euro to open a USB stick or email is a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto fornito e offre una vasta gamma di articoli per il fai da te o per le attività artistiche in generale. Ottimo per chi ha i figli che frequentano il liceo artistico in quanto alcuni materiali non sono facili da trovare. Il personale è molto cordiale e offrono anche diversi corsi spot.
The shop is well stocked and offers a wide range of items for DIY or for artistic activities in general. Excellent for those with children attending artistic high school as some materials are not easy to find. The staff are very friendly and also offer several spot courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi e piaciuto il posto. Molta varietà di materiali per fai da te e creatività. A volte però si deve aspettare un poco perché si riforniscano di alcuni materiali e può essere seccante. Non e proprio economico, ma il personale ê gentile, professionale e simpatico specie nel settore creatività.
I liked the place. Lots of DIY materials and creativity. Sometimes, however, you have to wait a little while to get some materials and it can be annoying. It's not exactly cheap, but the staff is kind, professional and nice especially in the creativity sector.

Helpful and kind staff I have not found my stencils, but on the other hand the salesman informed me where I could buy them.

Non sono un esperto né un professionista ma qua mi trovo benissimo, consigli validissimi del personale e costo forse a metà rispetto a grandi aziende come leroy merlin.
Che altro dire, provatelo.
I do chores at home very often.
I am not an expert or a professional but here I am very happy, very valid advice from the staff and perhaps half the cost compared to large companies like leroy merlin.

Sono loro cliente dal 1997 e per l'ennesima volta stamane sono stati professionali, gentili, consigliano, aiutano e quando io voglio comprare da loro qualcosa che non va bene per il lavoro che devo fare in casa, loro evitano che io faccia degli errori pesanti dandomi alternative ottime e pure più convenienti di quanto io volevo fare.
