★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato non dà informazioni al telefono sui prodotti in vendita per paura di fornire presunte informazioni "top secret" alla concorrenza. Nonostante io fossi già stato cliente, secondo loro avrei dovuto partire dal Lido di Venezia ed affrontare il viaggio per sapere se avevano ancora un prodotto già acquistato l'anno scorso ed il relativo prezzo di vendita. Gente così fa perdere clienti e chiudere bottega.
Rude staff do not give information on the phone about the products on sale for fear of providing alleged "top secret" information to the competition. Although I had already been a customer, according to them I would have had to leave from the Lido of Venice and face the journey to know if they still had a product already purchased last year and the relative sale price. People like this lose customers and close shop.
