★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cioè non è possibile ti mettono in attesa 1 telefonata 6min e 30 secondi 2 tel. 4min e 50 secondi 3 tel. 3 min 4 tel. Di 10minuti !!! Io trovo l attesa x prendere un appuntamento PESSIMA. ALMENO METTERE IL SERVIZIO DEL "TI RICHIAMO. " se il dott. Che mi segue visitasse in un altro centro andrei sicuramente dall altra parte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È inaccettabile che un medico non risponde al telefono e 2 gg che che mia moglie ha il covid e non riesce a parlare vol suo dottore di base.. ma assurdo e che neanche le segretarie ( che sono pagate solo per alzare il telefono ) non rispondono.. un consiglio vada presto in pensione e lasci il posto a un medico capace di trattare con i suoi pazienti.
It is unacceptable that a doctor does not answer the phone and 2 days that my wife has covid and cannot speak to her basic doctor .. but absurd and that not even the secretaries (who are paid just to pick up the phone) do not answer .. a piece of advice retire soon and give way to a doctor capable of dealing with his patients.
