Mi chiedo: quando avrò fatto l'abbonamento per i tamponi riuscirò a prenotarli?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a fare un sierologico. Avevo già fatto delle visite e ho scelto di farlo in clinica proprio perché mi fidavo della alta qualità. Mi sono trovata invece malissimo.
La persona che fa le analisi, senza camice, senza guanti, mascherina giù. Senza disinfettare. Quanto rischio di Contagio ci può essere??? Messa su un tavolo così a caso. Poca dimistichezza nel fare i buchi. E le provette del sangue messe a caso nella cartellina dove c è il foglio richiesta. Per non parlare del disguido perché non trovavano le cose per fare i prelievi. Da una clinica privata ci si aspetta questo??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento per una visita medico sportiva agonistica (ben specificato nella chiamata per prendere appuntamento), dopo aver fatto la visita viene fuori che era non agonistica perché non sono nemmeno abilitati a farla agonistica. Lo sbaglio ci sta, il peggio è stato la receptionist all’ingresso: una volta fatto notare il loro errore, scarica la colpa su entrambi con un “vi sarete capite male” (cosa c’è da fraintendere in “appuntamento per certificato agonistico) e una volta fatto notare che non ci siamo affatto capite male ma la colpa è di chi ha preso appuntamento che non ha ascoltato la richiesta, ecco che arriva il “e che dobbiamo fare, ucciderla perché ha sbagliato?” No, ma scusarsi sarebbe il minimo. Maleducati ogni oltre immaginazione, pretendevano anche che si mantenesse la calma (e non è che ho sclerato eh, gli ho solo fatto notare che ero nervosa vista l’urgenza che avevo) e che non gli si dicesse nulla. Pessimo lavoro per loro, non sanno trattare con i clienti. Servizio osceno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio tamponi per abbonati veramente efficiente, personale gentile e veloce. Non ho mai atteso più di 10 minuti né per fare il tampone né per ricevere il risultato. Unica pecca peccato non ci sia disponibilità di orari il sabato o domenica mattina, per chi lavora in ristorazione si trova in difficoltà.
Very efficient swab service for subscribers, friendly and fast staff. I have never waited more than 10 minutes either to swab or to receive the result. The only flaw is there is no availability of times on Saturday or Sunday morning, for those who work in catering are in difficulty.
