Ovviamente il vino e l'olio fanno la parte del leone, ma ci sono anche altri prodotti quali miele, marmellate e salumi che sono di tutto rispetto. Il posto è sulle colline del Chianti classico a poca distanza da Firenze Excellent farm with excellent products. Nel verde del Chianti a pochi km dalla città si può degustare ottimi vini,fare una piacevole visita per la fattoria con personale altamente qualificato che spiega in qualunque lingua la storia dei loro vini. Consigliabile per passare una mattinata rilassante. Excellent wines, excellent customer reception. They use Sangiovese grapes typical for Chianti wine but also French grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The Collazi estate is about 500 years old and has been designed after a drawing from Michelangelo himself.

Reasonable prices and excellent food quality with very high standarts and beautiful presentation. Paired with Collazzi Wine - this experience was simply perfect! Collazzi became one of my all-time-favourite wines and if you're looking for a cheaper alternative, the Libertà is a true gem regarding to it's price-/quality ratio. We will definitely come back here again.
