★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza si limita all'acquisto di libri universitari. Ho trovato cortesia e disponibilità ma una volta mi hanno inviato un libro simile a quello che avevo ordinato e ho dovuto penare un poco per farmelo sostituire con quello giusto.
 My experience is limited to the purchase of university books. I found courtesy and helpfulness but once they sent me a book similar to the one I ordered and I had to struggle a little to have it replaced with the right one.

Almost unique experience: I called and found two very kind, professional and very prepared people.
They assured me a quick delivery and (from Rome to Bergamo) two days later the courier delivered.
I warmly thank and highly recommend it because there are so few.

Il personale è gentile e il locale si trova a pochi passi da Piazza San Pietro.
Bookshop specializing in religious sciences, is well stocked and offers the possibility to search for books in case they are not available.
The staff is nice and the restaurant is located a few steps from St. Peter's Square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced to the Libreria Coletti in 1992 during a foreign language study program in Rome. I have been buying books and gifts from Coletti either in Rome or from the United States ever since. I cannot say enough about the pleasure of these experiences. The competence and courtesy of the owners and staff adds to the joy of acquiring treasures of the faith and literature in the Italian language, in books, videotape, initially and currently CDs or DVDs. There are also wonderful gifts, like their mugs with pictures of the saints and appropriate citations (like Mother Theresa. Their use of DHL, although pricey, is well worth it. Orders arrive within a few days. Next to being in Rome and shopping in person, it is Rome's greatest gift.
