I preventivi sono stati molto dettagliati e precisi. Ne ho passati tanti di concessionari nella mia vita, la stragrande maggioranza dei venditori si è dimostrata superficiale, imprecisa, impreparata e disinteressata. Stefano è di un'altro pianeta, preparato, sincero, disponibile e concreto. Non conoscevo la concessionaria, piacevolissima prima esperienza. Complimenti. Ma era solo xche secondo lui era una perdita di tempo. Non è stato professionale nell'agire e nel parlare! Circa dieci giorni fa dopo l'ennesimo guasto ( più o meno simile al precedente) ritiro l'auto dopo due giorni di permanenza in officina e appena fatti cento metri il problema per il quale l"avevo portata si presenta subito. ( Al ritito mi dicono che l'auto non ha nulla, solo che i suoi vent'anni si fanno sentire). Decido di sentire un altro parere. Chiamo l'officina Cola Renault e nonostante fossero quasi le sette di un venerdì sera mi dicono che posso passare. Individuano subito il problema, che verrà sistemato dopo qualche giorno. Inoltre mi consigliano di ritornare dopo una settimana circa per valutare l'efficacia della soluzione trovata. Ringrazio chi si è occupato della mia auto, in particolare il signor Ivano ed anche la gentile segretaria. Professionali, competenti e soprattutto gentilissimi. Prezzi onesti .
