Il preventivo di 730 euro circa mi ha fatto contattare un altro meccanico per vedere se fosse stato possibile abbassare un po' la spesa. E così è stato: auto riparata con soli 130€, perché i pezzi che mi avrebbero sostituito come da preventivo non erano né rotti né danneggiati. Non so se questo sia tentativo di truffa, negligenza o incompetenza, in ogni caso motivo sufficiente per non continuare ad essere loro cliente. A tutto ciò si sommi la scortesia e la beffa di aver dovuto pagare, prima di portare via l'auto, 50€ di manodopera per effettuare la 'diagnosi' del danno dell'auto (peraltro abbondantemente errata).
Customer of this workshop since 2008, I brought my car for a repair. The estimate of around 730 euros made me contact another mechanic to see if it was possible to lower the cost a little. And so it was: the car was repaired for only 130 €, because the parts that would have replaced me as per the estimate were neither broken nor damaged. I don't know if this is an attempt at scam, negligence or incompetence, in any case reason enough not to continue to be their client. To all this, add the rudeness and the mockery of having to pay, before taking the car away, € 50 in labor to carry out the 'diagnosis' of the damage to the car (which is also abundantly wrong).
