M	Matteo Pasqualini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISGUSTOSI. Ho portato a riparare la macchina per un problema alla distribuzione 1 anno fa e dopo un 1 anno si è ripresentato lo stesso problema. Tre mesi e mezzo per farla riparare e alla fine il lavoro l'ha dovuto completare l'officina del concessionario dove ho acquistato l'auto poiché volevano mandarmi in giro con controllo di trazione e ABS disattivati. Dopo pochi giorni la cinghia di distribuzione è saltata fuori di nuovo e non vogliono nemmeno assumersi le loro responsabilità. Grazie a questi incompetenti ho dovuto acquistare un'auto nuova. DISGUSTING. I took the machine for a distribution problem 1 year ago and after 1 year the same problem came back. Three and a half months to have it repaired and eventually the job had to be completed by the dealer workshop where I bought the car as they wanted to send me around with traction control and ABS disabled. After a few days the timing belt popped out again and they don't even want to take their responsibilities. Thanks to these incompetents, I had to buy a new car.

Sono entrato per risolvere un problema ricorrente e dopo un anno e 2500€ spesi ho dovuto risolvere il problema in un altra officina che ci ha messo mezza giornata e dove me la sono cavata con la sostituzione di un fusibile!!! Sono tornato per avere spiegazioni ma non ho avuto neanche lo straccio di un "mi dispiace". Premetto che con l'auto ci lavoro e in un anno di continui fermi e attese di lavori ne ho persi tanti! Mi serei aspettato almeno che mi avessero voluto spiegare ma, non hanno risposto ne alle mie chiamate ne ai messaggi. Che delusione!!! Too overrated! I went in to solve a recurring problem and after a year and 2500 € spent I had to solve the problem in another workshop which took half a day and where I got away with replacing a fuse !!! I went back for explanations but didn't even get a shred of an "I'm sorry". I state that with the car I work there and in a year of continuous stops and waiting for work I have lost many! I would have expected at least that they wanted to explain to me but, they did not answer my calls or messages. What a disappointment!!!
