★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist freundlich und wirkt professionell. Man kann mit Karte zahlen und es lief alles sehr unkompliziert ab. 500€ Selbstbehalt, wenn man an einem Schaden schuld ist. Das Auto war zwar sauber, allerdings hatte es eindeutig schwerere technische Probleme und wurde uns quasi mit leerem Tank übergeben. Wer nicht weiß, wie groß der Tank und der Verbrauch sind, wird zwangsläufig Treibstoff bei der Rückgabe herschenken.
The staff is friendly and professional. You can pay by card and everything was very straightforward. € 500 deductible if you are to blame for damage. The car was clean, but it clearly had serious technical problems and was handed over to us with an empty tank. If you do not know how big the tank and the consumption are, you will inevitably give up fuel when you return it.
