Ci siamo trovati una Panda (come da nostra richiesta), ma IMPOLVERATA DENTRO E FUORI, CON SEDILI BUCATI E MACCHIATI, CON TAPPETINI IN PLASTICA DALL'APPARENZA MANGIATI DAI SORCI E CON UN PORTABAGAGLI TALMENTE SPORCO, DA SEMBRARE APPENA RIENTRATO DA UNA GITA A FUNGHI....NON PARLIAMO POI, DEI COPERTONI TOTALMENTE LISCI E IRREGOLARI....!!!! Al nostro reclamo è stato risposto che se le persone prima di noi, sono state incivili, loro non potevano far nulla....(no comment)... A voi le debite deduzioni ...... Il mio consiglio: SCAPPATE!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment .... Hanno continuato ad ignorare i danni, in attesa che il cliente successivo pagasse l'intero sportello o qualunque altro danno già presente ma puntualmente ignorato. Prezzo di noleggio buono, ma la truffa del graffio è esagerata. Poteva almeno darmi una telefonata così avrei noleggiato un'auto all'aeroporto di Catania. PESSIMO. serietà Zero dilettante. Ora rispondi pure che non è vero.........sto mica qui a perdere tempo. E per fortuna che mio cugino che abita li era anche venuto a sincerarsi di persona. Ti ho chiamato la mattina prima del mio arrivo e mi hai detto che era tutto a posto...........sei stato con me di una scorrettezza unica. Booked car 15 days before. Tempo fa era, purtroppo sotto mio consiglio, era stata prenotata una Smart da una coppia di amici e dopo un minimo utilizzo sono rimasti direttamente a piedi sull'Etna. Sono dovuto andare di persona a recuperarli e scusandomi immensamente per l'accaduto abbiamo cambiato completamente noleggiatore. Non succederà più una cosa simile! Bad organization and in particular the quality of the vehicles leaves much to be desired.
