Club Family Hotel

It is the second year that I have come to the family hotel in Riccione. I found myself very well this year too. Clean, welcoming, simple rooms where you can stay in peace. Reception staff polite, kind, well organized, well composed and always available. Friendly, well-built and polite kitchen and bar staff; I was always in a group with the boys of my age and we were also over 10 and they had a lot of patience, they always set the table for us and everything should be given a prize. Fantastic entertainers some I already knew but always wonderful and very good. Andrea Dionisi our dwarf animator of the boys of my age was fantastic, he always listened to us, he supported us, he helped us if we needed, he supported us, he is able to make unforgettable moments, he makes us do what we like most, tournaments, games in the water, go out, they should make him a saint to put up with us all since we are a wreck. If you have the opportunity to meet him, I hope you notice the golden boy he is and what love and passion he puts into his work. Orazio is a wonderful manager, he organizes everything in a wonderful way, he knows how to entertain and entertain everyone from the youngest to the oldest. Elia is a golden boy you can see all the passion and love he has for this job, he knows how to entertain everyone and he knows how to understand the moments where you joke and where you have to be serious. Sabrina our frost and Isabel are two super nice and helpful entertainers, you can see that they like to be with the children. Keep it up. Vittoria, also known as Vitti, is extremely helpful, nice and kind and puts a lot of love into her work. A golden girl. Two years that I come two years that I take away crying. I will definitely be back next year and hope to find the same entertainers again. You are fantastic and you will always be in my heart see you soon

We were already familiar with the chain having stayed at another hotel last year. Riccione has absolutely not disappointed expectations ... Indeed !!! Wonderful location, large spaces, directly on the beach, large heated swimming pool with waterslide. Top services: entertainment, free entry to a water park 100 meters away. You eat well. Not very large rooms, but comfortable and with a large bathroom. Perfect cleaning. Very nice and professional staff (a praise to the legendary pool lifeguard Andrea). What else to add? See you next year !!!

returned for the second consecutive year .. it seems that time stands still and to forget the rest of the world outside. the days fly between entertainment, sea, games room, bar, two weeks have flown away ... bar with two Sicilian guys ready to always welcome any request with a smile .. pool always warm, even if shaded in the afternoon it is absolutely not cold, just cover up when you go out and that's it! excellent playroom for children, my daughter loved video games so much but also the slides and the soft area .. my daughter, 4 years old, is one who takes a while to get comfortable, I just say she fell in love with all entertainers, always pressing them to look for them, to greet them .. the evening and morning baby dance inevitable, my daughter has never lost one .. top evenings for us were the one of the bubble show and that of the children's show .. really the entertainers of the mini club are fantastic one more than the other! And we want to talk about the beach dances with the legendary Vittoria? Every morning with her from 10.30 to 11.30 was a must :) Food quality in the restaurant high, you can eat both inside with a sea view and very quiet outside .. there is a corridor outside the sea view too :) Super cleanliness and comfort in the rooms ... beautiful, spacious and quiet, with a shower that I would also like in my home :) finally, the girls at the reception are super welcoming, also always ready to listen to you and satisfy any request if possible. Holidays 2022?! ... I would say that there is no two without three :)

I am a Dad of 2 girls aged between 7 and 9 and it is already the 4th year that I decide to spend the holidays here. Modern hotel, functional rooms, the location directly facing the sea is fantastic and the staff is WONDERFUL .... From the entertainment to the restaurant staff, from the reception girls to the service staff on the floors, to the fantastic lifeguard Andrea. You eat super well and the all inclusive allows you to quench your thirst and eat even during the day ... TOP hotel. It is true that when you go on vacation you do not look at your wallet .. But I would like to point out that the expenditure incurred in the last 4 years has increased from year to year .. it would be nice to receive a few more discounts from the structure for those customers who have always prove faithful .. Instead of receiving cups or a beach bag .. If I can ... the policy of raising prices leads customers to look elsewhere .. And maybe I will too for next year.
