Mai successo a Riccione in trent'anni di ricevere un trattamento simile. Accoglienza inesistente. Staff arrogante, maleducato e svogliato.
Durante il buffet sembrava di fare la fila alla mensa dei poveri. Molto tirchi e avari nel porzionare il cibo. Buffet di dolci INESISTENTE anche se è ben specificato sul sito.
Pacchetto all inclusive che in realtà non includeva nulla.
Peccato perché l'hotel è nuovo e le camere molto belle.
Il trattamento riservato ai clienti dovrebbe essere completamente diverso.

It has never happened in Riccione in thirty years to receive such treatment. Reception non-existent. Arrogant, rude and listless staff.
During the buffet it seemed as if you were standing in line at the soup kitchen. Very stingy and stingy in portioning food. NO dessert buffet even if it is well specified on the site.
All inclusive package which actually did not include anything.
Too bad because the hotel is new and the rooms very nice.
The treatment of customers should be completely different.

Clean hotel, just outside riccione, facing the beach ... we enjoyed it very much.

Cura dei dettagli e della pulizia
Le camere sono arredate in stile moderno con design molto ricercato.
peccato che a volte l'estetica non si abbini bene con la praticità: poco spazio per riporre i bagagli e ripiani portaoggetti nel bagno quasi inesistenti, la doccia con led multicolor è molto d'effetto ma la vetrata fissa a metà della lunghezza crea quasi sempre "l'allagamento" del bagno.
Non conosco la politica del luogo in merito ai parcheggi...ma 8€/gg in bassa stagione mi sembrano un pochino troppi considerando che il parcheggio non è ne chiuso ne custodito.
X il resto tutto impeccabile!

The rooms are furnished in a modern style with a very refined design.
It's a pity that sometimes aesthetics don't go well with practicality: little space for storing luggage and almost non-existent shelves in the bathroom, the shower with multicolor LEDs is very effective but the fixed glass window in the middle of the length almost always creates "flooding" of the bathroom.
I don't know the policy of the place regarding parking ... but 8 € / day in low season seems to me a little too much considering that the parking is neither closed nor guarded.
X the rest all flawless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The breakfast was fantastic. Location of the hotel is ok, I cannot say perfect cause its a little bit out of center. We had a really great time there.. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially I appreciate how they help for my babygirl during our stay. Also I need to thank to the cleaning staff. I was really shocked and happy how they clean the room everyday, actually our mess I can say(with the baby is not so easy to have clean all the time) and I hope they found a bottle that we left in the room for them to appreciate their work! WELL DONE HOTEL MEETING, one day we will come back! cyaa from Slovenia. Negative: Location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 10 days in August 2020 during the pandemic. Staffs are very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and modern designs. We stayed in a junior suite(6th floor) in front of the beach and it was a nice view. There are free recreation for kids and adults in the basement and also bikes for strolling. A bit far from city center but it's a quiet place not crowded specially the beach in front of the hotel. Some abandoned buildings in front and in the area around. Food portions are abundant, but at times the same food they serve and sometimes recycled by the chef who believes he is a real chef but for me he's not. But anyway, Hotel Meeting is one of the best in the area when it comes to service, cleaning and spot. I recommend this hotel
