★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera poco confortevole: tv obsoleta con telecomando nn funzionante, bagno idem, frigo spento all arrivo, ecc. Piscina accessibile alla clientela senza bagnino e con cavo elettrico pulitore immerso nell acqua; acqua di rubinetto chiesta x la cena fatta pagare, vino unico e solo con tappo a vite che neanche da Lidl lo trovi. Niente fattura dettagliata solo scontrino
 Uncomfortable room: outdated TV with remote control that doesn't work, bathroom ditto, fridge turned off on arrival, etc. Swimming pool accessible to customers without lifeguard and with electric cleaner cable immersed in water; tap water requested for dinner made to pay, unique wine and only with screw cap that not even at Lidl you can find it. No detailed invoice, only receipt

I do not comment on the structure that I have not experienced, as I was a guest of the restaurant ..... surely you can do better ... but much better

Hotel innanzitutto a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e dal viale principale di Riccione. Servizio ottimo, personale molto molto cortese e professionale. Ambiente confortevole e molto pulito. Colazione ottima e si può trovare una ampia scelta tra colazione dolce/salata. Stanze non molto ampie da comode e con terrazzino.
Prezzi ottimali, e possibilità sia di parcheggio che del pass comunale.
ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.
First of all, the hotel is just a few steps from the beach and from the main avenue of Riccione. Great service, very very courteous and professional staff. Comfortable and very clean environment. Excellent breakfast and you can find a wide choice between sweet / savory breakfast. Not very large comfortable rooms with a small terrace.
Optimal prices, and the possibility of both parking and municipal pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non ho pernottato in hotel, ma solo cenato da utente esterno. Immangiabile tutto direi, la cosa meno disgustosa è stata la torta, che però è arrivata ghiacciata. La mia opinione condivisa da tutti i commensali della sala..
Personally I did not stay overnight in the hotel, but only dined as an external user. Inedible everything I would say, the least disgusting thing was the cake, but it arrived frozen. My opinion shared by all the diners in the room ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur non avendo ancora potuto soggiornare presso questa struttura devo fare i complimenti per la serietà e la disponibilità dimostratemi
Per varie vicissitudini ho dovuto prima annullare parzialmente una prenotazione ed oggi totalmente per motivi di salute di mia moglie e non mi hanno fatto nessun problema, pur avendoli avvertiti praticamente all'ultimo momento mi hanno fatto un voucher della caparra versata per un prossimo soggiorno valevole fino al 28-12 ed addirittura eventualmente cedibile, sono stato trattato veramente con riguardo.
Sicuramente la struttura ed i servizi saranno dello stesso livello.
Bravi e grazie di tutto in particolar modo alla Direzione ed alla Signora Anna.

Although I have not yet been able to stay at this property I have to congratulate you for the seriousness and availability shown me
Due to various vicissitudes I first had to partially cancel a reservation and today totally for my wife's health reasons and they did not give me any problems, even though they had warned them practically at the last moment they made me a voucher of the deposit paid for a next stay valid until to 28-12 and even possibly transferable, I was really treated with respect.
Surely the structure and the services will be of the same level.
Well done and thanks for everything especially to the Management and to Mrs. Anna.
