Tanta cura nella scelta delle materie prime e nella loro perfetta lavorazione, il risultato è una pizza leggera, fragrante lievitata a lungo con una scelta non ampissima ma che permette di mantenere un livello alto di qualità. Cloe non è solo pizza, è anche ottimi hamburger, sandwich qualche piatto sfizioso e diversi cocktail ottimi. La ciliegina sulla torta è sempre l'ottima accoglienza di Nahwel, un ragazzo davvero capace di gestire e di essere sempre a modo anche nelle situazioni di grande movimento. Non metto in discussione il prezzo della margherita, che da vostro listino è di €6,80, ma pagarla poi €7,80 per quanto sia buona e saporita è veramente esagerato. Sig. Dal Dosso lei è uno che di commercio ne sa, ma credo che dovrebbe istruire meglio il personale che gestisce il locale, perché le aggiunte si pagano e sono d’accordo, ma si dovrebbe distinguere tra quelle che incidono effettivamente poi sul costo finale del prodotto. Bisogna saper ‘campare’… Intanto le auguro buon lavoro a lei e al suo personale.
