All interno del punto vendita mi è stato ulteriormente chiesto che prodotto avessi scelto,io confermavo cio che avevo ordinato,ma all interno della busta ho trovato il prodotto diverso.
Personalmente penso che ai clienti bisogna darli un po di rispetto.

Personally, I think that customers need to be given some respect.
