Siamo felicissimi della scelta fatta in merito alla destinazione,è stato un viaggio fantastico.Ci sono stati però dei problemi,che abbiamo segnalato all'agenzia piú volte prima di partire ma non siamo stati ascoltati. Gli imprevisti possono capitare,ma nel nostro caso si potevano tranquillamente evitare,bastava seguire le nostre richieste con meno superficialità. La cosa che più mi rattrista, è che una volta tornati abbiamo scritto all'agenzia per dare un feedback delle cose andate bene e di quelle che invece ci hanno causato non pochi disagi....non siamo stati degnati di risposta. Considerando quanto costa un viaggio di questo genere ci aspettavamo un trattamento del tutto diverso. We turned to the agency for our honeymoon in New Zealand. We are delighted with the choice made regarding the destination, it was a fantastic journey, but there were some problems, which we reported to the agency several times before leaving but we were not listened to. The unexpected can happen, but in our case they could be easily avoided, it was enough to follow our requests with less superficiality. The thing that saddens me most, is that once we returned we wrote to the agency to give feedback on the things that went well and those that instead caused us a lot of inconvenience .... we were not worthy of response. Considering how much a trip of this kind costs, we expected a completely different treatment.

Sono molto seri e preparati, hanno un reparto specializzato in viaggi verso l' Australia di cui ho usugruito con grande soddisfazione. Personale competente , motivato e molto disponibile. Hanno anche ottimi corrispondenti nei diversi paesi. Certamente un punto di riferimento per l'organizzazione di viaggi in città. Historic Triestine Travel Agency formerly UTAT and which then changed the name which now identifies with the owner family. They are very serious and prepared, they have a department specialized in travel to Australia which I have used with great satisfaction. Competent, motivated and very helpful staff. They also have excellent correspondents in different countries. Certainly a point of reference for the organization of trips to the city.
G	Goctid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' un peccato usavo questo agenzia da anni per i miei/nostri consueti viaggi oltreoceano in aereo. Poi quest anno per andare ad Aruba gli ho mollati proprio perche' al banco biglietteria c 'e' una rossa antipaticissima ed indisponente che tratta con insufficienza i clienti. Non lo era ma lo e' diventata. Pazienza. Ora faccio con un altra agenzia di S. Giacomo che mi sembra da 5 stelle a confronto. It's a shame I used this agency for years for my / our usual overseas air travel. Then this year, to go to Aruba, I gave it up just because at the ticket desk there is a very unpleasant redhead who is not enough to treat customers. It wasn't, but it did. Patience. Now I do with another agency of S. Giacomo that seems to me to be 5-star compared.

Abbiamo trovato Fabiana che ci ha sempre consigliato bene, oggi siamo ritornati per trasformare un voucher che avevamo e sabato partiamo per l'Expo di Dubai We started booking at this historic agency on the recommendation of a friend who worked in the field.
