I biglietti di ingresso e del treno alle ore 12.01 del giorno 14/6. Solo la comprensione del personale TRENORD e della biglietteria di Gardaland ha permesso di viaggiare ed entrare nell'attrazione. Alle mie numerose e.mail di sollecito e di protesta non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Ho rischiato di pagare per un servizio di cui non potevo usufruire!
Buy 2 entrance tickets + TRENORD for the day 14/6 at 23.20 of the day 13/6. Booking confirmation arrived at 11.26 pm. Entrance and train tickets at 12.01 on 14/6. Only the understanding of the TRENORD staff and the Gardaland ticket office allowed to travel and enter the attraction. I have not received any reply to my numerous reminder and protest e-mails. I risked paying for a service I couldn't use!
