I	Ivana Ban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mi servono spezie, spazzole, spugne... aspetto sempre di andare a Trieste, per poterle comprare da Toso, il mitico negozio che ha mantenuto tutti gli arredi antichi, originali, inclusi vasi, cesti, espositori e addirittura i raccoglitori nell'angolo ufficio. Lì si è catapultati nell'epoca dell'Impero Austroungarico e si può vivere un modo di fare acquisti come si faceva una volta, come nella serie tv Quella casa nella prateria, tutto secondo una logica naturale: le spezie sfuse, le spazzole di legno, le spugne naturali, gli specchietti con cornici metalliche... Si trovano anche mentine, miele, cioccolata di alta qualità When I need spices, brushes, sponges ... Mi ricorda le drogherie che esistevano quando ero bambina e in cui compravano le caramelle, quando le cose avevano un sapore buono e un profumo speciale, di quando i negozi chiudevano la domenica e la vita era più semplice. Scaffali di legno, antichi vasi e spezie di ogni genere. Dovrebbero esistere centinaia di negozi come questo, per ricordarci che la vita non è quella asettica e frenetica tipica dei centri commerciali. You enter and dive into an ancient atmosphere. Mi è capitato di andarci una mattina sotto le festività natalizie e la clientela che si è fatta in breve tempo nel poco spazio appena al di qua del bancone non mi ha permesso di "apprezzare" gli odori e il “momento” che il luogo offre poichè sono stato sbrigativamente servito al fine di fare entrare quelli che aspettavano fuori. Ritornato due giorni dopo in orario poco prima della chiusura, per integrare l’acquisto, il proprietario ha capito che la volta precedente non ero stato trattato con entusiasmo e quasi scusandosi si è messo a completa disposizione fornendomi informazioni particolari sui vari prodotti che ho acquistato (tè sciolto in sacchetti di carta). Ascoltando con ammirazione per un momento mi è sembrato che il tempo si fosse fermato. Inoltre i prodotti riposti su scaffali in bella vista o in cassetti chiusi, sono per la maggior parte etichettati. Un ringraziamento e un augurio di cuore per un nuovo anno migliore. Von Kräutern und Tees (lose) über Reinigungsmittel, Besen bis zu Naturschwämmen gibt's alles. Persönliche und höchstkompetente Bedienung wird von den vielen Stammkunden geschätzt.
