Mi chiedo ci si deve basare sugli orari di apertura o chiusura oppure sul numero delle persone che fanno il prelievo? Siate più chiari sul sito. Grazie!!! D	Diana C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solitamente molto gentili e professionali ma oggi mi è stato detto che non possono dare informazioni in merito a delle analisi telefonicamente. Avrei voluto sapere se svolgono 4 analisi specifiche ed eventualmente il prezzo. La politica aziendale prevede che non si possano chiedere informazioni telefonicamente ma solo di persona, sono stata quindi invitata a recarmi al laboratorio per verificare fosse possibile fare le analisi. Una scelta bizzarra in un momento ancora pandemico in cui ci si aspetta che si tenti di ridurre al minimo le presenze. Ovviamente sono scelte ma personalmente lo trovo un approccio miope e poco contemporaneo. Usually very polite and professional but today I was told that they cannot give information about analysis by telephone. I would have liked to know if they carry out 4 specific analyzes and possibly the price. The company policy provides that you cannot ask for information by phone but only in person, so I was invited to go to the laboratory to check if it was possible to carry out the analyzes. A bizarre choice in a still pandemic moment in which it is expected that attempts will be made to reduce attendance to a minimum. Obviously they are chosen but personally I find it a short-sighted and not very contemporary approach.
