★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale preparatissimo e alla mano è il mio laboratorio preferito il dr. Che ti preleva il sangue e un grandissimo non ti fa sentire nulla, togliersi il sangue qui è una passeggiata di salute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due gg fa abbiamo portato la bambina a fare un tampone antigenico per il rientro a scuola ed è risultata positiva. Avendo già fatto diversi tamponi a casa, sempre risultati negativi, abbiamo voluto approfondire e le abbiamo fatto fare un nuovo tampone in un'altra struttura poche ore dopo. Stavolta è risultato negativo. Ovviamente la pediatra ci ha richiesto un molecolare effettuato il giorno dopo per conferma e anche questo è risultato negativo.
Siamo tornati al laboratorio San Faustino per avere spiegazioni, siamo stati trattati malissimo e hanno scaricato la responsabilità dicendo che probabilmente era colpa della bambina che aveva contaminato il tampone con le mani.
Non ho parole.
Fosse stato per loro adesso saremmo in quarantena e neanche una parola di scuse.
Sconsiglio vivamente
Two days ago we took the girl to do an antigenic swab for the return to school and it tested positive. Having already done several tampons at home, always negative results, we wanted to investigate and had her do a new tampon in another facility a few hours later. This time it tested negative. Obviously the pediatrician asked us for a molecular carried out the next day for confirmation and this too was negative.
We went back to the San Faustino laboratory for explanations, we were treated very badly and they discharged the responsibility saying that it was probably the fault of the little girl who had contaminated the swab with her hands.
I have no words.
If it were up to them now we would be in quarantine and not even a word of apology.
