D	Daniele Modena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa anche se molto capaci come veterinari. Al telefono molto gentili e una signora mi dice una cifra per la sterilizzazione della gatta. Quando la porto al mattino chiedo di pagare subito perché verrà mia madre a ritirare l'animale alla sera. La titolare mi chiede una cifra più alta. Faccio presente che al telefono mi era stato detto un'altra cifra. Comprensibile scompiglio, mi fa pagare la cifra più bassa in maniera onesta, pur avendo detto loro che se era il prezzo più alto da pagare, avrei pagato quello. Intervento riuscito, tutto bene e la gatta è stata trattata bene (sarebbe da 5 stelle per questo aspetto) Purtroppo però alla sera, quando mia madre è andata a prendere la gatta, un'altra signora ancora l'ha fatta pagare un'altra volta con un prezzo ancora più alto degli altri 2!??? Lasciamo stare che mi hanno rotto del tutto la porticina del trasportino. Era già non messa bene, ma utilizzabile. Ora inservibile. Diciamo che può essere stato un incidente...??? Tornato il giorno dopo con le 2 fatture, mi hanno restituito i soldi, ma in un primo momento hanno cercato di far sentire in colpa me perché non avevo avvisato mia madre. Ma dico, devo essere io il professionista in questa transazione??‍♂️ In conclusione sono molto bravi come veterinari, ma amministrativamente parlando si sono dimostrati pessimi! I miei animali sarebbero sicuramente in buone mani, ma il mio portafoglio no! Ci penserò bene se andare ancora! Negative experience although very capable as a veterinarian. Successful surgery, all good and the cat was treated well (it would be 5 stars for this aspect) Unfortunately, however, in the evening, when my mother went to fetch the cat, yet another lady made her pay again with an even higher price than the other 2! ??? Forget that they broke the door of the carrier completely. It was already not in good shape, but usable. Now useless. Let's say it may have been an accident ... ??? Back the next day with the 2 bills, they gave me back the money, but at first they tried to make me feel guilty because I didn't notify my mother. But I say, do I have to be the professional in this transaction? ?‍♂️ In conclusion they are very good as veterinarians, but administratively speaking they proved to be very bad! My pets would certainly be in good hands, but my wallet isn't! I'll think about it if I go again!

Alle Ärzte waren sehr freundlich, obwohl wir spät abends ohne Voranmeldung gekommen sind. Behandlung(en) waren sehr angenehm und professionell. Haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Unsere Kjara bedankt sich auch herzlich We were on vacation with our dog in Italy, she didn't want to eat or drink anything. All the doctors were very friendly, even though we came late in the evening without prior notice. Treatment (s) were very pleasant and professional. We felt very well cared for there. Übermäßiges Schlafverhalten, Torkeln und Übelkeit mit Erbrechen. Konkrete Diagnose erstellt und darauffolgende Behandlung mit Infusion mit Kochsalz. Zusätzlich eine Aufbau-Spritze in den Infusionskanal um eine zusätzliche injektion zu ersparen. Dazu, eigentlich nebensächlich, die niedrigen Kosten. 50€. Im ganzen eine 5 ? Bewertung.
