Il dott.Ballarini e gli altri dottori dello studio si sono sempre mostrati pronti ad ascoltare e a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie.
Excellent professional in case of urgent need, he always guaranteed me a visit shortly if not immediately. It has all the necessary equipment such as radiological and ultrasound scanners. Dr. Ballarini and the other doctors of the study have always shown themselves ready to listen and to give all the necessary information.

Sono stati molto professionali e soprattutto umani sia con me che ero molto apprensiva sia con il mio micio Sonny.
Lo hanno seguito benissimo e continuano a seguirlo nonostante la cura per ora sia terminata.
Hanno pensato più al benessere di Sonny che al loro "portafoglio" consigliandomi di portarlo a casa anziché continuare il ricovero che lo avrebbe stressato ulteriormente, circostanza da non sottovalutare vista la mia esperienza precedente con altro veterinario.
Grazie ancora per tutto ciò che avete fatto.
I had a serious problem with my kitty. He was followed by Dr. Ballarini and his colleague, Dr. Treves.
They were very professional and above all human both with me and I was very apprehensive and with my kitty Sonny.
They followed him very well and continue to follow him even though the treatment for now is over.
They thought more about Sonny's well-being than their "wallet" advising me to take him home instead of continuing the hospitalization that would have stressed him further, a circumstance not to be underestimated given my previous experience with another veterinarian.
Thanks again for all you have done.
