Historical jewelry. The ladies are always extremely friendly and the advice is always tasteful and you can see that they are dictated by decades of experience. I have always felt good and I can't help but recommend it. They are also very flexible on prices.

Le titolari, due sorelle molto cortesi, interagiscono con il cliente con garbo e gentilezza senza forzare l'acquisto. Acquistare alla Gioielleria Guaretta è un vero piacere!
It is a rather small jewelery in which, however, you can find original and refined items; it is possible to request the personalized creation of a jewel. The owners, two very polite sisters, interact with the customer with grace and kindness without forcing the purchase. Buying at Guaretta Jewelry is a real pleasure!

Se non sei un cliente " storico", come lo sono persone che mi han consigliato questo posto, sei trattato con molta diffidenza e poca professionalità dalle signore che gestiscono il negozio, come nel mio caso. Ho chiesto loro se potessero darmi qualche dritta sull'anello ereditato da me, stringerlo in base alla mie esigenze e se ci fosse la possibilità di rifinire la lettera incisa, ma la loro risposta è stata non molto simpatica, mettendo in discussione prima il valore dell'oggetto da me portato (che successivamente un altro gioielliere della zona mi ha confermato di valore) e poi dandomi tempi e costi non precisi ( come se fossi l'unico che fa richieste come queste). Se vogliono cercare di farsi potenziali nuovi clienti questo non è l'atteggiamento giusto.
Bad experience! If you are not a "historic" customer, as are people who have recommended this place to me, you are treated with great suspicion and little professionalism by the ladies who run the store, as in my case. I asked them if they could give me some advice on the ring inherited from me, tighten it according to my needs and if there was the possibility of refining the engraved letter, but their response was not very nice, questioning the value of the 'object that I brought (which later another jeweler from the area confirmed to me as valuable) and then giving me inaccurate times and costs (as if I were the only one making requests like these). If they want to try to make themselves potential new customers this is not the right attitude.
