★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato la clinica verso le ore 15.00 per un possibile appuntamento nel pomeriggio causa dolore alla zampa del nostro fedele compagno cane. Al telefono gentilissimi, ci dicono di venire in clinica possibilmente dopo le 16.
Così da Trieste abbiamo fatto le corse per arrivare e dopo due ore di attesa vediamo entrare persone dopo persone e noi niente. Così entriamo
e chiediamo informazioni e ci dicono che davanti avevamo solo un urgenza e che poi sarebbe stato il nostro turno. Ma niente. Continuano ad arrivare persone e noi non veniamo calcolati. Alla fine decidiamo di andarcene e ci rispondono che senza appuntamento era normale aspettare tutte quelle ore..
Chiediamo gentilmente un po' più di onestà perché inizialmente ci avevano detto che erano tutte urgenze poi alla fine a quanto pare erano tutti sotto appuntamento.. non so che aggiungere. Se ci informavate prima avremmo scelto un altro ambulatorio, visto che non siete gli unici.
 We called the clinic around 3.00 pm for a possible appointment in the afternoon due to pain in the paw of our faithful dog companion. On the phone very kind, they tell us to come to the clinic possibly after 16.
So from Trieste we made the races to arrive and after two hours of waiting we see people enter after people and we nothing. So we go in
and we ask for information and they tell us that we only had an urgency in front of us and that then it would be our turn. But nothing. People keep coming and we are not calculated. In the end we decide to leave and they tell us that without an appointment it was normal to wait all those hours ..
We kindly ask for a little more honesty because initially we were told that they were all urgencies then in the end apparently they were all by appointment .. I don't know what to add. If you informed us earlier we would have chosen another clinic, since you are not the only ones.

Only have been here a bit over 2 years, but efficient diagnostics and a world- class surgeon, have saved Tod's life. Costs of everything have been extremely reasonable, compared to our country of origin, the US. The technicians/ nurses and veterinarians are super down-to-earth and everyone treats you like a friend. Forever thankful and grateful. ❤️
