Andiamo lì per i vaccini e i check ma ci è capitato di andarci anche per delle emergenze e ci hanno aiutati sempre. Fabio and his team are always available and professional. We go there for vaccines and checks but we also happened to go there for emergencies and they always helped us.

Sia il dottore che tutto lo staff sono stati super professionali, onesti nel spiegarci tutti i pro e i contro della situazione, tenaci nel salvare la vita al nostro cane, disponibili a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Il nostro cane è vivo grazie a loro. Non potremmo mai ringraziare abbastanza per tutto quello che hanno fatto. Grazie, grazie infinite. Elena e Luca I should give a thousand stars to the firm and to Dr. Pointin. Last November they saved our dog who was dying. Both the doctor and all the staff were super professional, honest in explaining all the pros and cons of the situation, tenacious in saving our dog's life, willing to answer our every request. Prima volta che da loro mi serviva una urgenza dopo anni li : ci negano al telefono la visita urgente dicendo che NON hanno posto ed hanno tanta gente, segretaria arrogante, poi quando sei lì non visitano gli animali ma solamente li "guardano" e gettano la spugna se le bestie sono impaurite,non perdono 5 minuti in più, guardano veloce e ti mandano via beatamente , si fanno comunque pagare suddette "visite" non eseguite totalmente e fatte anche superficiali e veloci. Se contesti hanno sempre e comunque ragione loro ,quindi totalmente poco professionali. Cosa poco meritevole : non si prendono le loro responsabilità a danno avvenuto. Ora mi ritrovo con un cane giovane rovinato, sempre portato solo da loro, ma operato in urgenza in altro loco dopo la loro "occhiata" veloce, e nonostante i fatti negano le evidenze e la loro responsabilità. Che poco professionali, superficiali ed arroganti ! Consiglio : Se non avete tempo cambiate mestiere e cambiate il modo di gestire appuntamenti ed urgenze. La cura e la salute degli animali dovrebbe essere una vostra priorità. ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE. Trust totally lost in the Firm! First time I needed an urgency from them after years: they deny us the urgent visit on the phone saying that they do NOT have room and have so many people, arrogant secretary, then when you are there they do not visit the animals but only "look" at them and throw the sponge if the beasts are frightened, they don't waste 5 minutes more, they look fast and send you away blissfully, they still get paid for the aforementioned "visits" that have not been carried out completely and are also superficially and quickly made. If contexts are always right, they are therefore totally unprofessional. An unworthy thing: they do not take their responsibilities after the damage has occurred. Now I find myself with a ruined young dog, always brought only by them, but urgently operated in another place after their quick "look", and despite the facts they deny the evidence and their responsibility. How unprofessional, superficial and arrogant! Tip: If you don't have time, change jobs and change the way you manage appointments and emergencies. Animal care and health should be your top priority.

Ti dedicano tutto il tempo necessario.. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Very clean and comfortable environment. Trained and competent staff. They help you and listen to you. Their goal is to make your pet feel good! They dedicate all the time you need .. I will definitely be back.

Con consigli su scelte che vanno oltre ad un contatto che in altri Studi non abbiamo avuto. P	Paola Ret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza : portiamo il nostro gatto che da giorni sta malissimo ( operato lì per un tumore all intestino) a detta del veterinario con un antivomito flebo e analisi rimette in piedi il gatto peccato che sia tornato a casa in condizioni peggiori del pre ricovero. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a portarlo in un'altra clinica dove è stato constatata la metastasi del tumore e con immenso dolore lo abbiamo salutato. Staff (compresa la segretaria) arrogante, poco attenti al benessere dell'animale e all'ascolto. Bad experience: we bring our cat who has been very ill for days (operated there for a bowel tumor) according to the veterinarian with an antivomito drip and analysis puts the cat back on its feet. In the end we were forced to take him to another clinic where the tumor metastasis was found and with immense pain we greeted him. Staff (including the secretary) arrogant, not attentive to the welfare of the animal and to listening.
