Unica pecca: per togliere i punti al mio cagnolino avevano un forbicino non adatto! P.s.: mi raccomando NON fate mai una domanda al dottore in merito al vostro preventivo altrimenti quest'ultimo va su tutte le furie? , vi tratta male e vi incolpera' di non voler pagare (quando chiedere è lecito e rispondere è creanza). Vera I have just been to this clean, welcoming clinic, with a very friendly staff and such a tender and beautiful mascot! The only flaw: to remove the points from my dog they had an unsuitable scissors! P.s .: please do NOT ever ask the doctor a question about your quote otherwise the latter goes on a rampage?, treats you badly and will blame you for not wanting to pay (when asking is lawful and answering is politeness). Avevo letto di alcune pessime ed ero restio a portare la mia Zara li per una visita neurologica, ma siccome era urgente siamo andati ieri. Il Dottor Cortellazzi le ha però fatto una visita di oltre due ore, e sembrava molto dispiaciuto dell'esito della stessa. Inoltre lui stesso, contro il suo interesse, ci ha sconsigliato di fare la diagnostica per immagini poiché il cane non avrebbe sopportato la sedazione. Anche il prezzo pagato mi è sembrato ottimo per due ore di tempo di uno specialista. Purtroppo aveva ragione, stamattina Zara è volata via, per fortuna ha potuto farlo in casa sua, proprio perché non sono state proposte terapie col mero scopo di guadagnare. La clinica è pulitissima, ben attrezzata ed abbiamo trovato un'umanità ed attenzione verso i nostri amici di alto livello. Prima di recensire in maniera così negativa forse ci si dovrebbe pensare due volte! I don't understand many times how reviews are done. I had read about some bad ones and I was reluctant to take my Zara there for a neurological examination, but as it was urgent we went yesterday. Doctor Cortellazzi, however, paid her a visit for over two hours, and he seemed very sorry about the outcome. Furthermore, he himself, against his interest, advised us not to do the diagnostic imaging because the dog would not have tolerated the sedation. The price paid also seemed great to me for two hours of specialist time. Unfortunately he was right, this morning Zara flew away, luckily she was able to do it in her house, precisely because no therapies were proposed with the mere aim of earning. The clinic is very clean, well equipped and we have found humanity and attention to our high level friends. Before reviewing in such a negative way perhaps you should think twice!
N	Nicholas Faini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato il cane stamattina per un controllo con raggi già fatti a cui gli è stata diagnosticata una displasia, volevo solamente una consulenza per sapere quale sarebbe la soluzione migliore ma non mi è stato detto praticamente nulla anzi l'ortopedico ha solamente trascritto sul foglio la mia descrizione riguardo al cane personale non competente speso 75 euro per il nulla.
