What did Castiglione do? she washed her hands! saying that the fault was of their area dealer Techneco Srl of Salerno! I have the pool still not finished and to finish it I had to sue them!

I write a year later from the review with which I rated the company a star for big problems with the pool for public use commissioned. After just one year and a meeting between lawyers on both sides I must say that, even if with resistance, Piscine Castiglione turned out to be the leading company which is or has found a solution to problems without additional costs, thus satisfying the customer and making finally excellent a product that otherwise would have been mediocre. So good, go on like this! All we need to do is improve on which type of advice is best based on the use of the pool in the commercial area, for the rest the technical department always finds a solution.

Attention on my side too! 3 years ago I renovated the pool, transforming it from an infinity skimmer. Thought I did a nice job and searched the internet for the best. But first of all it is a DECEPTION, and I do not know if it should also be reported to CODACONS because while you contact PISCINE CASTIGLIONE from their website in the end, a representative of the area arrives with which you sign a contract where PISCINE CASTIGLIONE does not appear anywhere. So they don't put their face and obviously their famous experience to the place in practice. There will also be those who went well there but in this way you cannot be sure for who comes to you, their experience and professionalism. For example, a group happened to me that from the first days it became clear that perhaps they were seeing a swimming pool up close for the first time. Improvised. I lacked the tools. And unclear answers for the proposed solutions. Unprepared. While the works were half done one thing for the first time in my life to ask for the intervention of the manager of the region (supervisor or I don't know what they call him) but he reassured me that it was a good job and also told the representative that he has to please the client. But it was clear that they lacked the skills to be able to work well. Only two three things indicative of professionalism: * There was a need to make room around the pool to lay the water harvesting channel. Rather than making a clean cut with a flexible to be able to fit the pieces of canallina well, they split with a pneumatic hammer having at the end an irregular surface and in addition to breaking several tiles of the floor (which then attached with silicone!) The crooked line of the cannalina it is always there to see it every day.The excuse was that the hose is too dusty .... * The pool overflowed only on one side. Only 3 years later and trying every year with whisk to eat a bit of the tiles on the edge where the water overflows I managed to make it touch the water from all the milks. With an aesthetic result not at the best of course ... * the staff when they had breakfast ate, closed everything in plastic bags and threw everything in the holes dug to pass the pipes. ...and much more... but the most beautiful has now been discovered 3 years later .. when then they dug to make a second hold of the bottom (which was not even at the norm it was discovered later as a distance from the existing one) they found and broke the pipe of the old socket basically. And it was no small thing. There was a punch with a pneumatic hammer that caused a water leak like a half-open house tap! It was not discovered from the beginning because it was under the swimming pool but only now that it has been excavated to make a new technical room. The water was going like this for 3 years! The water is from the well of the farm and so I could not see it from the water bulletin and moreover the pool has a cover and runs all year round and automatically draws water .... A disaster. Something that could endanger not only the swimming pool and the farm but to cause the hill to collapse.Although I had suspected from the beginning that the work had no quality and I will have problems I could not stop everything (even I had lost sleep for months) because the first tourists arrived at the end of May (it's a farm) and I couldn't show up without a swimming pool. So BEWARE, this is not about CASTIGLIONE POOLS .. it is a deception. p.s. scrolling through the reviews I saw that even their managers make positive comments about the value of the company! Mah ....

Not a serious company, after 18 months nothing is still working, after asking the companies for clarification, they replied through the legal department, indicating that they have no responsibility whatsoever; they blame the dealer they advised them… shame!

Attention!!!!!! The Castiglione pool DOES NOT exist !!!!! Let me explain: the representatives who go around with catalogs, T-shirts, vehicles with Castiglione screen prints and inviting photos do not represent the manufacturing company or rather the assembler. The representatives exclusively represent themselves as their own resellers. So the contract they offer you will be stipulated between a local Srl and the customer. In my case, for example, the two representatives of the swimming pool area are: Cossu Paolo dealer of wooden floors and Pan Elettra company of electricians famous for having been in charge of the replacement of Enel meters .... These people are absolutely not prepared for any type of technical problem, both in assembly and in supply defects. When you contact the company, which you think is Piscine Castiglione, you find a rubber wall as the company is called Att international, if I am not mistaken, it does not give any assistance, referring you to the area dealer with whom you signed the contract, washing your hands. In reality, those you will buy are pumps, control units and everything else common also on the internet branded with a Castiglione swimming pool sticker. The panels that they try to propose in all ways are poor quality and very thin so that they are electrolytically galvanized and not hot otherwise they would all be storied. My laid and subsequently removed showed corrosion already after 3-4 months without having put the towel and filled the pool !!! My swimming pool was designed with a mixed system, that is: reinforced concrete slab, walls about 1.30 m in concrete and the final edge with "Castiglione" panels that would have allowed the laying of a floor for the edge with a part in water and a dry, slightly inclined. All this has never been possible due to technical problems that not even the area manager Giorgio Gavina has ever given an answer after an inspection with a very rude and arrogant attitude. Bad experience, NOT RECOMMENDED !!
