★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo a Parma per una vacanza e questa mattina ci siamo accorti che il nostro shih-tzu aveva un occhio molto infiammato. Sentito il nostro veterinario, ci ha consigliato di portarlo subito a fare vedere per accertarci che non vi fossero corpi estranei nell'occhio ed evitare così complicazioni. Ho trovato il nominativo di questa clinica tramite internet. Quando sono arrivata, mi ha accolta una dottoressa molto gentile che mi ha ascoltata e poi ha visitato subito il cane, malgrado mi fossi recata lì senza preavviso o appuntamento. Mi sono piaciute molto la disponibilità ed empatia dimostrate, la sicurezza con cui ha fatto la diagnosi (non sempre scontata) e la gentilezza verso un cliente che di sicuro non sarebbe potuto essere fidelizzato (arrivando noi da un'altra regione), che dimostra lo spirito con cui svolge il suo lavoro. Se poi penso che ha voluto chiamare lei la farmacia, per assicurarsi che ci fosse il collirio che ha prescritto al cane, posso solo che consigliarla come clinica.
We are in Parma for a holiday and this morning we realized that our shih-tzu had a very inflamed eye. After hearing from our veterinarian, he advised us to take him immediately to show to make sure that there were no foreign bodies in the eye and thus avoid complications. I found the name of this clinic on the internet. When I arrived, I was welcomed by a very kind doctor who listened to me and then immediately examined the dog, even though I went there without notice or an appointment. I really liked the availability and empathy shown, the confidence with which he made the diagnosis (not always obvious) and the kindness towards a customer who certainly could not have been loyal (coming to us from another region), which demonstrates the spirit with which he carries out his work. And if I think she wanted to call the pharmacy herself, to make sure there was the eye drops she prescribed for the dog, I can only recommend you as a clinic.
