Certo non saranno maghi, sbaglieranno anche i veterinari così come capita di sbagliare a dei dottori che oltretutto curano pazienti che parlano, interagiscono rispondono... Cosa che gli animali non fanno...!!! Errare è umano aveva detto qualcuno ma c'è una cosa su cui non si può assolutamente discutere ed è la passione, la professionalità, l'amore che la dott Lizzi (con altri ho avuto a che fare ma non abbastanza per giudicare) mette nel curare gli animali!! In più occasioni ha salvato la mia Alaska nonostante i suoi problemi non esattamente di facile risoluzione, si è dedicata, si è preoccupata... L'ha trattata come fosse il suo cane! Quando lei non aveva i mezzi per continuare ci ha consigliato una clinica più attrezzata (Alaska aveva bisogno di un neurologo) ma senza mai lasciarmi in balia di me stessa! Io devo ringraziarla davvero con tutto il mio cuore non potevo trovare persona migliore umanamente e professionalmente! Consiglio la dott Lizzi a chiunque ami il proprio animale e anche le ragazze che l'hanno aiutata durante le varie visite ad Alaska e che mi hanno risposto al telefono sono state sempre splendide e pazienti con me!! On several occasions she has saved my Alaska despite its problems that are not exactly easy to solve, she has dedicated herself, she has worried ... She treated her as if she were her dog! When she didn't have the means to continue she recommended a better equipped clinic (Alaska needed a neurologist) but never left me at the mercy of myself! I really have to thank her with all my heart I couldn't find a better person humanly and professionally! I recommend Dr. Lizzi to anyone who loves their pet and also the girls who helped her during the various visits to Alaska and who answered the phone have always been wonderful and patient with me !! Fatto anche sterilizzare una femmina di 22 mesi facendo prima tutti gli esami incluso vitamina D3. Purtroppo hanno tanto lavoro ma sono Bravi... almeno posso Minisini e la dottoressa che hanno operato la mia Luna sono stati molto professionali e mi hanno spiegato molto bene i rischi a cui poteva andare in contro la mia cagnolina visto che aveva dei problemi... operazione perfettamente riuscita e dopo tre giorni era già che correva in giro. N	Nils Heidrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio piccolo Jack Russell era stato preso sotto da una macchina (ruota davanti e ruota dietro) in maniera molto grave, sono arrivato li con il cane in stato di shock a filo per poter provare qualcosa per salvarlo: si sono dimostrati estremamente competenti e preparati da subito, persino per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza in momenti così delicati. L’ho lasciato li, mi hanno aggiornato varie volte la sera e successivamente la mattina dopo per avvisarmi che aveva superato la notte in qualche modo. Hanno compiuto un miracolo, il cane avrebbe dovuto rimanere quantomeno zoppo, ma data la dedizione alla cura a distanza di un anno e mezzo posso dire che è come se non fosse mai successo nulla. Voglio specificare che ero parecchio traumatizzato e sono stato veramente veramente scortese anche nei confronti del Dottor Fabbro quando l’ho portato, ciononostante si è dedicato completamente al cane nella miglior maniera possibile; Detto questo è a tutto lo staff e al Dottor Fabbro in particolare che voglio mandare un ringraziamento di cuore.
