Sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili soprattutto vista l urgenza per l'infortunio della cucciola. Dottor Monino super disponibile e gentile. Grazie mille Urgent orthopedic check-up and preventive x-rays for sporting dogs. They were all very kind and helpful especially given the urgency for the puppy's injury. A	Anna C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I due direttori della clinica sono bravi. Però c'è una veterinaria, e penso che in tanti lo sappiano, che è molto maleducata e irrispettosa. Si è permessa addirittura di insultare la mia gatta, usando delle parolacce, in mia presenza e non si è neanche scusata dopo. Questo significa non avere rispetto né per gli animali né per le persone. Il motivo degli insulti era dovuto al fatto che la mia è una gatta un po' difficile, che non stava ferma per farsi fare un prelievo. Tuttavia, questo fa parte del mestiere del veterinario: ci sono animali buoni e quelli più difficili da gestire. Se non le piace, meglio che cambi lavoro!!! Conosco altre persone che hanno avuto problemi con la stessa veterinaria per i suoi modi. The two directors of the clinic are good. But there is a vet, and I think a lot of people know that, who is very rude and disrespectful. She even allowed herself to insult my cat, using swear words, in my presence and didn't even apologize afterwards. This means having no respect for either animals or people. The reason for the insults was due to the fact that mine is a somewhat difficult cat, who was not standing still to have a sample taken. However, this is part of the veterinary profession: there are good animals and those that are more difficult to manage. If you don't like it, you better change jobs !!! I know other people who have had problems with the same vet for her ways.

Clinica molto ben gestita e segue anche scrupolosamente le normative covid. We have been relying on Dr. Adriano for years with our Maltese. But we can also commend all the rest of the staff from vets to assistants. Very well managed clinic and also scrupulously follows covid regulations.

Non cambierei medico veterinario curante per alcun motivo (e parlo di tutti i diversi specialisti che operano in clinica). Hanno risolto diversi problemi che altri non erano stati precedentemente in grado di risolvere, massima fiducia. Professional, helpful, competent, attentive ... the only clinic where I have seen animal patients treated with so much care and attention. I would not change the attending vet for any reason (and I am talking about all the different specialists who work in the clinic). They solved several problems that others had not previously been able to solve, full confidence.

Entrambe cose di cui ho avuto bisogno, così come anche il loro servizio di reperibilità H24. They are serious, punctual and super organized. They have every diagnostic tool you need. Do you need an ultrasound? Done in two minutes. An x-ray? Idem. Both things I needed, as well as their H24 availability service.
